Quoteloc provides a quoting and pricing management platform for businesses. By using our service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

To use Quoteloc, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of any entity you register.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

3. Subscription and Billing

Quoteloc operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not affect current subscription periods and will apply upon renewal.

4. Free Trial

Quoteloc may offer free trials for new users. Trial periods are limited in duration and functionality. At the end of the trial, your account will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Quoteloc only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within Quoteloc. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of customer data complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

We will not access, use, or share your customer data except as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights.

Upon termination of your account, you may request export of your data. We will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies unless legally required to retain it.

Quoteloc and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

8. Availability and Service Changes

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the service at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimers

Quoteloc is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quoteloc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
